Licencia de Armas, Ley 168
Solicitudes Nuevas, Renovaciones, Portaciones, Licencias Especiales de Menores, Curso de Uso y Manejo. Si tienes licencia de armas con la Ley 404 y deseas añadir la portación, debes completar el trámite de renovación con la nueva ley 168.
RL Shooting Club es el único club en Puerto Rico dedicado a las disciplinas de Tiro Practico avalada por la, International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) y United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), además de las modalidades de Action Steel Puerto Rico (ASPR) y Tiro Practico Puerto Rico (TPPR). También somos los únicos en organizar competencias clasificatorias de IDPA y USPSA, este año vamos a integrar clasificatorios en ASPR y TPPR, así podrán medir sus habilidades con otros tiradores del mismo nivel.
RL Shooting Team comprometidos con el desarrollo de estas disciplinas a programado para el 2021 tres (3) secciones de competencias validas para la selección de tiradores que representaran a Puerto Rico en eventos internacionales en las modalidades de ASPR y USPSA. También a través de los eventos podrán perfeccionar sus habilidades en el uso correcto y seguro de las armas de fuego, es por esta razón que para el año 2021 nuestro calendario de competencia cuenta con 44 fechas, ver calendario aquí www.rlarmeria.com/2021 Invitamos a todos con licencia de armas para que participen de cualquiera de los eventos en RL, para las primeras competencias no es requerida la membresía del club y los tiradores NOVATOS recibirán el apoyo del STAFF de RL Shooting Team. Domingo 10 de enero, 9:00 am y 1:00 pm. Seis (6) canchas, diez (10) escuadras, Seis (6) tiradores por escuadras, 100 disparos mínimos. Escenarios aquí
Haciendo el pago completas la registración del evento y aseguras tu espacio en la escuadra, oprime el logo de PayPal en la lista de participante o por ath mobile pagar a negocio /Rlshooting (costo del evento mas IVU). La política de RL es reembolsar el costo de evento por cancelación o no asistir al mismo.
Los registros no pagados el viernes antes de cada evento se moverán a la Lista de Espera.

Requisitos:
Membresía RL Shooting Club al día
Haber participado de cinco (5) eventos en RL Shooting Club
Diseñado para tiradores de Tiro Practico. Clases desde básico hasta avanzadas de acuerdo al nivel de cada tirador. Ejercicios fisicos combinados con tiro, Guia de entrenamiento en fuego y seco. Trabajo detallado sobre escenarios de Tiro Practico. Debes llevar baqueta por fuera, porta magazines y por lo menos 3 mags y mínimo 300 tiros.
Curso Básico:
Precio $150.00
Curso diseñado para hombres y mujeres que acaban de recibir su licencia de armas. El adiestramiento se enfocará en puntería y manejo de arma. Debes llevar baqueta por fuera, porta magazines y por lo menos 3 mags y mínimo 100 tiros.

WAIVER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
INTERNATIONAL DEFENSIVE PISTOL ASSOCIATION, PUERTO RICO RL ARMERIA, AND RL SHOOTING CLUB
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT SETTING FORTH CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH, AND IN CONSIDERATION OF WHICH, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CHAMPIONSHIP OR EVENT OF IDPA PUERTO RICO DURING 2021. READ IT CAREFULLY AND DO NOT SIGN IT IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT OR ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN IT.
I, the undersigned and identified person, desire to participate in the championships and events of IDPA Puerto Rico, Action Steel Puerto Rico, Pistola Táctica and Rifle Táctico to be conducted and administered by IDPA Puerto Rico, Inc. and or RL Armería, LLC during 2021 at the Shooting Club of RL Shooting Club, Inc. (the “Shooting Club”) or any other shooting club within or without Puerto Rico (collectively, the “Events”). As an essential component of my consideration to participate in the activities included in and surrounding the Events, I hereby enter into and agree to be bound by the terms of this Waiver And Release of Liability. I on behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives, administrators, and assigns and anyone claiming on my behalf, fully, irrevocably, and forever waive, release, and discharge IDPA Puerto Rico, RL Armería, LLC and RL Shooting Club, Inc. and its directors, officers, members, owners, shareholders, agents, and representatives, affiliated organizations (all of the foregoing individually and collectively "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims for personal injury and/or death to myself or any other person, for property damage of any sort, and for any other claims, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, court costs, and liabilities whatsoever relating in any way to IDPA Puerto Rico, Inc., RL Armería, LLC and RL Shooting Club, Inc. or to my presence on the Shooting Club and/or related to the Events conducted by IDPA Puerto Rico, Inc. and/or RL Armería, LLC (all of the foregoing individually and collectively "Claims"). I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Released Parties from and against any and all Claims arising out of or relating to my presence on the Shooting Club and/or my participation in the Events. I further agree and represent that neither I, nor anyone claiming on my behalf, will bring or maintain any suit or cause of action, or make any claim against any Released Party relating in any way to the Events described herein.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: I represent that I will be attending the Events voluntarily and that no one has led me to believe, nor do I believe that, IDPA Puerto Rico, Inc., RL Armería, LLC and RL Shooting Club, Inc. has taken any precautions to eliminate all risks normally associated with practical shooting disciplines in order to protect my safety. I have assumed, and do hereby assume, all of the risks—including but not limited to substantial risks to my safety and life—associated with my presence at and use of the Shooting Club and participation in the Events described herein. I fully understand that I and other participants will have access to and will handle firearms and ammunition as an essential part of the Events. I further acknowledge that handling firearms and using firearms can
INVOLVE RISK AND DANGERS of serious bodily harm, serious bodily injury, including DEATH. I fully understand these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or my own inactions, omissions, the actions or inactions of other participants in the Events, and/or the actions, omissions and negligence of the Released Parties. I hereby
FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RISKS DESCRIBED HEREIN DURING MY PARTICIPATIONS IN THE EVENTS and I acknowledge, affirm, and agree that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire WAIVER and RELEASE of my rights, that I understand its content, and that it is legally binding, and that I have executed it freely without duress of any nature, and intend this document to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent of the law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full force and effect. I hereby further acknowledge that if there is any conflict between the Spanish version of this document and this English version, the Spanish version will prevail.
If Participant is under 21 years of age: I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I have read and understand the legal consequences of signing this document and I allow the Participant to participate in the Events. I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of the Participant as described in this document. I agree to be bound by the terms of this document. I have read this two-page document, and I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.

Toda persona que solicite una licencia de arma o la renovación de la misma deberá adiestrarse en el uso y manejo de armas de fuego por instructores certificados y cualificado a ofrecer curso de uso y manejo de armas por el Negociado de la Policía de Puerto Rico según dispone la ley 168- 2019 supra y el Reglamento
